Our client’s Evergreen Information Protection (IP) process, managed through Microsoft Outlook Tasks, was underperforming due to poor compliance. We collaborated with a large medical institution to develop MobileConsent™, a fully automated, mobile solution for obtaining informed consent from patients scheduled for a medical procedure or enrolling in a clinical trial. The wireless mobile tablet enhances education and documentation with photo and audio recording capability. It also has barcode reading, fingerprint recognition and signature recording capabilities.

Visual Specimen Manager™

We collaborated with M.D. Anderson Cancer Research Center and the National Cancer Institute to develop Visual Specimen Manager™, a tracking software application used to locate specimens stored in ultra-low temperature biorepositories. The tracking application provides a clear map and accurate retrieval for thousands of frozen tissue specimens.
